About

I have spent over 15 years in the engine room of companies.

B2B SaaS, marketing agencies and global technology services. I started in vendor management, built customer success teams from nothing, and worked my way up to running the whole business with an $8M P&L. Along the way I learned how every corner of a company works, mostly by fixing it.

Then AI changed what one operator can do.

It started small. First we built it into the product. Then it took on some of the marketing. Today it runs our entire operation, end to end.

But here is what I have noticed. AI has changed the game without changing what makes a company succeed. If anything, it lets people chase bad ideas faster and build complicated systems nobody can manage.

So I build the other kind: companies on agentic foundations, designed by someone who knows what each part of the business needs. More efficient, more transparent and easier to run.

Alsona

AI agents that find buyers and book sales calls. Alsona tracks 30+ buying signals to find the prospects who are ready now, then personalizes every LinkedIn and email touchpoint for founders, sales teams and agencies.

Bootstrapped and in market, with a 4.8-star rating on G2. I own the entire commercial and operating engine: go-to-market, sales, customer success, marketing, brand and finance. I also helped lead the product strategy that rebuilt Alsona around AI.

TripBaddie

An AI trip planner for the person who ends up planning the trip, whether it's for a family, a group of friends or just themselves. Most planners stop at a list of ideas. TripBaddie delivers a trip you can actually run: hour-by-hour days, logistics, fallback options, packing lists, a booking manager and local know-before-you-go tips.

I spotted the gap as the designated planner for every trip I take, then built and shipped the product myself using AI tools. TripBaddie has no employees. I built an agentic go-to-market and operations engine that runs it: AI agents handle content, social, search, creator outreach and day-to-day operations, so I can run the whole company part-time alongside Alsona.

How I operate
Fundamentals firstAI speeds up whatever you point it at. I make sure the idea, the customer and the numbers are right before anything gets automated.
Simple beats cleverIf I can't explain a system in a minute, it's too complicated to run. I build what a team can understand and maintain.
Everything visibleEvery function gets a metric, an owner and a reporting rhythm, whether a person or an agent does the work.
Agents before headcountThe fastest capacity is usually the team you already have, equipped with AI. A new hire requires a full business case.
